A Houston County judge gave a Headland man probation for looking at child pornography on a computer at the Troy University Dothan campus.
Attorney Mark Johnson said Circuit Court Judge Lawson Little gave his client, Nathann Hence Love, three years of probation for the felony crime, which he pleaded guilty to in October. Dothan police arrested Love, 29, in April 2008, and charged him with felony possession of obscene material.
District Attorney Doug Valeska has said Love is no longer a student at the university. Valeska said there were children as young as 7 in the obscene images.
