(AP) LOS ANGELES The lawyer who represented fired Health South chief Richard Scrushy will defend the man accused of stealing a classic Ferrari sports car and wrecking it on the PCH in Malibu.
A spokeswoman for Jim Parkman says the Alabama-based attorney is joining the defense team of Bo Stefan Eriksson.
The Swedish businessman and ex-convict pleaded not guilty in L.A. Superior Court on Tuesday to charges including embezzlement and drunken driving.
